Our Core Values
Built from real community challenges, Forum OS brings everything you need to manage, grow, and scale your forum in one place. From moderation to insights, every feature is designed to simplify operations and give you complete control.
Built by Operators, for Operators
Forum OS was not built in a boardroom by people guessing what chapter leaders need. It was built by someone who sat in the same meetings, managed the same forums, and felt the same frustrations you do every day.

Community is Everything
We believe that strong communities change lives. Behind every forum group is a collection of entrepreneurs trusting each other with their biggest challenges and boldest goals.

Simplicity Over Complexity
Chapter leaders are volunteers giving their time and energy to make their communities better. The last thing they need is complicated software that takes hours to learn.

Our Mission
From our first release to serving hundreds of clients worldwide, here's how Foundation grew into a trusted solution for teams everywhere
Mission
Forum OS was founded to strengthen the heartbeat of EO.
Our mission is to help EO chapters create healthier, more connected, and more accountable forums by giving leaders a simple operating system to manage forum health, member placement, moderator support, commitments, and continuity.
We believe when forums are healthy, members are more engaged. When members are more engaged, chapters become stronger. And when chapters are stronger, EO has a deeper impact on the lives, businesses, families, and leadership journeys of entrepreneurs around the world.
Forum OS is not just about managing forum operations. It is about protecting the place where entrepreneurs grow the most.

Impact On Chapter
At the chapter level, Forum OS helps leadership move from reactive management to proactive support.
It gives chapters:

Better visibility across every forum

Cleaner member placement information

Stronger moderator support

Easier leadership transitions

Less dependency on scattered files and institutional memory

A clearer view of where the chapter is strong and where attention is needed
A chapter with healthier forums is a chapter with stronger retention, deeper engagement, and a more meaningful member experience.
Impact On Forum
Forum OS helps forums become more:
Healthy
Leaders can identify when a forum may need support before issues become bigger.
Consistent
Forum expectations, meeting rhythms, and follow-through become easier to manage.
Accountable
Commitments, updates, and member engagement can be tracked with more clarity.
Supported
Moderators are not left to carry the work alone.
Intentional
Forum placement, transitions, and health conversations become more structured.
Forum OS helps protect the trust, depth, and accountability that make forum powerful.
Impact on EO Member’s Lives
The deeper impact of Forum OS is personal.
When forum works, members do not just become better entrepreneurs. They become better spouses, parents, friends, leaders, and human beings.
Forum gives entrepreneurs a place to be honest about the parts of life they may not share anywhere else:
It gives chapters:

The pressure of leadershi

The loneliness of entrepreneurship

The weight of family decisions

The fear behind major business choices

The desire to grow without losing themselves

The need for trusted people who will challenge and support them
Forum OS helps chapters protect that space.
Because when a member is placed in the right forum, supported by the right moderator, surrounded by the right peers, and held in a healthy rhythm of accountability, their life can change.
That is the real mission.
The Visionary Behind Forum OS
Built by an EO Leader Who Saw the Need Firsthand
Forum OS was founded by Marlon Grigsby, an entrepreneur, technology executive, and EO leader who experienced the power of forum personally and saw the operational challenges behind it up close.
Built by an EO Leader Who Saw the Need Firsthand
As a member of EO Atlanta and a Forum Chair for two years, Marlon had a front-row seat to one of the most important parts of the EO experience: helping members find deeper connection, stronger accountability, and more meaningful forum engagement.
He also saw the problem.
Forum is one of the most valuable parts of EO, but many chapters manage it with disconnected spreadsheets, scattered emails, manual follow-ups, informal notes, and the memory of busy volunteer leaders. When leadership changes, information can get lost. When moderators need support, it is not always easy to see early. When forums are struggling, chapters may not have a clear system to identify the issue before it affects the member experience.
Marlon believed there had to be a better way. Forum OS was created to give EO chapters a practical operating system for forum management. Not another complicated tool. Not another administrative burden. A clear, centralized platform designed to help chapters support forum health, improve visibility, track commitments, and make the forum experience more consistent for every member.

For Marlon, this work is personal.
EO has been one of the most valuable communities in his entrepreneurial journey. Forum has provided connection, perspective, accountability, and growth. Forum OS is his way of helping protect and strengthen that experience for other members, other moderators, and other chapters.
