Who we are
Forum OS is a chapter management  software platform built specifically  for peer group organizations such  as Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO)  chapters. We provide tools for  membership management, forum  placement, engagement tracking,  and chapter operations.

Information You Provide to Us:
Chapter Information: When a chapter is created on  Forum OS we collect the chapter  name, organization name, city,  state, country, timezone, website,  and contact email address.
Administrator Information: We collect the name, email address,  phone number, and job title of  chapter administrators who manage  the platform on behalf of their chapter.
Member Information: Chapter administrators may input  member information into Forum OS  on behalf of their chapter. This  may include member names, email  addresses, phone numbers, company  names, business URLs, revenue ranges,  employee counts, LinkedIn profiles,  business descriptions, ownership  structures, entrepreneurial backgrounds,  goals, and connections to other members.
Prospective Member Information: Chapter administrators may input  prospective member profiles including  responses to membership questionnaires,  referral information, and pipeline  status updates.
Billing Information: We collect billing-related information  necessary to process payments. All  payment processing is handled  securely by Stripe. We do not  store your full credit card number,  CVV, or banking details on our servers.
Communications: If you contact us via email or  support channels we collect the  content of your communications  and your contact details.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information  about how you use Forum OS including  pages visited, features used, actions  taken, time spent on the platform,  and login timestamps.
Device Information: We collect information about the  device you use to access Forum OS  including browser type, operating  system, IP address, and device  identifiers.

To Process Payments: To process subscription fees and  manage billing through our payment  partner Stripe.

To Improve Forum OS: To analyze usage patterns, identify  bugs, improve existing features,  and develop new functionality that  better serves chapter leaders.

Where We Store Your Data: Your data is stored on secure  servers located in the United States.  If you access Forum OS from outside  the United States your information  may be transferred to and processed  in the United States.

Data Retention: We retain your information for  as long as your chapter account  is active or as needed to provide  our Services. If you cancel your  subscription we retain your data  for 30 days before permanent  deletion unless a longer retention  period is required by law.

Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information  we hold about you.
Correction: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or  incomplete information about you.
